Poṣaṇa

| by AYVRA

A continuum of nourishing care.

A continuum of care

There is a moment after becoming
when the body is no longer in threshold,
but not yet fully settled into its new rhythm.

This is where Poṣaṇa begins.

Poṣaṇa is not a single treatment.
It is a continuum of care.

A returning. A sustaining. A rhythm of nourishment over time.

In Ayurveda, Poṣaṇa refers to that which nourishes, supports, and strengthens what is already becoming whole.

It is not correction - it is continuity. Not urgency -but steady tending.

Here, care is not an appointment.
It becomes a relationship with your body over time.

A living rhythm of care

Poṣaṇa is designed for women who are moving beyond the immediate threshold of Sūtikā -and into the unfolding integration of postpartum life, or seasons of depletion, sensitivity, and change.

It is for the moments when you realise:

  • you are no longer in crisis, but not yet restored

  • your energy feels scattered or easily overwhelmed

  • your nervous system is still recalibrating

  • your body is asking to be consistently held, not occasionally treated

Poṣaṇa meets you here.

Not to reset you.
But to support what is already reorganising within you.

Not a just treatment.
A relationship with care over time

Poṣaṇa is not designed as a one-off experience.

It is a way of being held over time.

A rhythm of returning -
so your system is not asked to recover alone between sessions, but is continuously supported as it recalibrates.

This is where healing becomes less about effort
and more about being consistently met.

Each session becomes a conversation with your body.

Care may include:

Full Body Abhyanga

A slow, rhythmic oiling of the body to deeply nourish tissues, calm the nervous system, and restore grounded presence.

Head, Neck, Shoulder & Facial Massage

Softening the mental and emotional load held in the upper body, jaw, and face - where vigilance and fatigue often accumulate.

Back, Head, Neck, Shoulder & Facial Massage

Deeper release through the spine and posterior body, supporting structural ease and nervous system unwinding.

Pinda Sweda

Herbal poultices applied with rhythmic pressure,
to soften stagnation, awaken circulation, and draw the body back into flow.

Reflexology

Working through the feet to regulate the whole system, supporting internal balance and energetic flow.

Reiki

Subtle energetic support to restore coherence, integration, and deep rest within the system.

Each session is responsive.
Nothing is predetermined.
Everything is listening.

Aromatherapy Setup

How it works

Poṣaṇa is currently offered by application, as a practitioner-held intentional care pathway, personally guided - ensuring each woman is matched into the rhythm that best supports her body and season.

This allows each woman’s current state, needs, and capacity to be understood before care begins - ensuring each session is appropriate, safe, and deeply supportive.

Once received, you will be guided into a recommended rhythm of care, which may be weekly, fortnightly, or intuitively depending on your system.

There is no fixed schedule.

Only a responsive rhythm that follows your body’s needs.

In time, it will evolve into a limited membership offering - a small number of women held in ongoing cyclical care, with priority access and deeper integration over time.

Begin Poṣaṇa

To begin, please complete a short enquiry.
This allows us to understand where you are, and whether Poṣaṇa is the right next step in your care.

You will then be personally guided into your first session.
